 We now offer the Basic course Blasting technique -  Blasting Certificate Class A course, perfect for professionals who want to advance and specialize in blasting. The course is designed to provide the necessary skills required to work professionally as a blaster. We offer an in-depth understanding of the basic principles and techniques in blasting as well as safety regulations and the rules that govern blasting work.

 In addition to blasting bases, the course is also aimed at other professional roles that come into contact with blasting work, such as supervisors, consultants, planners, calculators and more.

 Course content

•  Explosives and incendiary properties and areas of use
•  Laws and regulations affecting blasting
•  The Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations concerning blasting work - AFS 2007:1 blasting work, AFS - 2010:1 Mining work
•  Explosive plans
•  MSB's regulations on the handling, transfer and storage of explosive substances
•  MSB's regulations on the transport of dangerous goods (ADR 1.3)
•  Blasting techniques – pallet blasting, low pallet, pipe trench, tunnel, careful blasting
•  Charge calculations
•  Dolor – handling, measures before and after salve, handing over to contractor
•  Practical connection – Ignition plans, practical connection with electrical, electronic and shock wave capsules
•  Geology – Geology linked to blasting
•  Vibrations linked to blasting
•  Final exam with review and conclusion

 In addition to modern course material, the book "Modern Bergspränning" is also included.

 After completing and passing the course and one year of practical work, you will receive a Class A Blasting Card, which is necessary to be able to carry out blasting work in accordance with authority requirements.   The course also gives you an ADR 1.3 certificate, which is necessary when transporting a valued quantity.
